Libby Moon of This Table will be presenting an interactive Sourdough Workshop.
The workshop will cover the basics of the sourdough process, including sourdough starter maintenance, fermentation, technique, and baking procedures.
A sweet sourdough treat will be served for morning tea; with the workshop culminating in sourdough bread tastings,a glass of Wrights delicious wine and a selection of local artisan accompaniments.
Attendees will take home a sourdough starter, recipes and inspiration to begin their personal sourdough journey.
This is not to be missed, very intimate workshop great experience - we are looking forward to it.
