East Cape Lighthouse
This iconic Lighthouse sits on the easternmost point of New Zealand. The lighthouse is currently closed to walkers, but the East Cape Rd is open.
State Highway 35 (between Te Araroa and Gisborne) and State Highway 2 (south of Gisborne) are open. Waioweka Gorge (State Highway 2) is open by temporary convoy following recent weather events.
